Are there disadvantages to aluminum stretchers compared to wooden ones?
No. While aluminum stretchers are more expensive to produce, they are typically lighter than wooden frames and offer significantly greater long-term stability.
Is the canvas depth the same for all sizes?
Yes. All artworks use a 35 mm (≈ 1.38 in) gallery-grade profile, so that different sizes align seamlessly when displayed side by side.
Can the stretcher frame be adjusted or re-tensioned later on?
Aluminum stretchers are designed to maintain stable tension for years without adjustment. In the rare case re-tensioning is needed, a professional art framer can re-tension the artwork.
